If you contact me via e-mail, your data such as your e-mail address will by extension be directly provided by you to be collected and processed. Any other personal information you optionally provide will be collected and processed in the same way.

When you contact me, your personal information (particularly your e-mail address) is necessary for administrative purposes and to contact you back.

Your data is retained for record-keeping of our correspondence and for administrative purposes for as long as necessary. This can be for as long as until you are responded to, upon which the correspondence would be deleted, or several years for as long as necessary for record-keeping.

What rights you have over your data

2. The right to be forgotten. The right to request that your data be deleted.
3. The right of inspection. That is the right to see the personal data that we have from you.
4. The right to rectification and supplementation. The right to change your personal data that we have.

6. The right of oversight for automated decision-making and profiling. In other words: the right to a human look at decisions.
7. The right to object to data processing.

You always have the right to withdraw permission for your data or specific parts of your data to be processed by me. If you would like to do so or have a complaint about the data processing you can contact me via me@srishagon.com. I will respond to your request within one (1) month of receiving it. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

You can request that I erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. To do so, contact me via me@srishagon.com.

Are you obligated to provide this data?

No. Unless you want to contact me via e-mail, in which case your e-mail address is obligated by default. Providing your name or any other personal data is optional.

Will this data be transferred outside of the EU?

No.

Do I use automated services for profiling you or making decisions?

No.

Do I collect data about you from other sources?

No, we only collect the data you specifically, actively and directly provide us with.
